Muffin Recipe - Salty Cheese Muffins

We all know Muffins are one of the favorite  desert. there are many kind of muffins and you will get thousands of muffin recipes online. Today we will discuss about how to make Salty cheese muffins.
 

Salty Cheese Muffin Ingredients 
Flour - 2 Cups 
Baking Powder - 1 Tablespoon  
Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon of  
Granulated sugar - 1 tea spoon  
Melted Butter - 1/2 Cup (about 1 stick)  
Egg - 1 nos  
Milk - 1 and 1/4 Cups    
Cream Cheese - 1/3 Cup (Grated)  
Cheddar Cheese - 1 and 1/2 Cups   (Grated)

    How to make Salty cheese muffin?

    Now i am going to discuss my best muffin recipe
    To make Salty cheese muffin, First of all you have to sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl and mix it with the wooden spoon until it's all mixed together in a bowl.  

    Next, Crack the eggs into another small mixing bowl and whisk them. Add the milk to the egg and whisk again. Now add the melted butter and mix it properly. Now Pour your dry ingredients over your wet ones and mix it with the wooden spoon. Now add the creamy and Cheddar cheese and mix again until they are fairly evenly mixed in. 

    Now Spoon into prepared muffin tins and fill each muffin cup half to two-thirds full. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. You can make a dozen of muffins in this amount of ingredients used. 

    Decorate your muffin by covering with colorful papers and putting chocolate/ cookies on it. 


    So that's the easiest possible muffin recipe to make the best muffin with a cheesy salty test. Try it out and make your neighbor jealous in the evening tea break ;)
